Upon meeting Monica, the Founder and Executive Director of Mommies Matter, it was evident that her heart for single mothers and their babies shone brightly. With a desire that these women feel loved, embrace a supportive community, and gain tools for healthy living, she ensures that they have mentorship and an ally with them throughout their motherhood journey.  Rallying alongside these wonderful women, Mommies Matter offers enriching groups, practical support for individual needs, financial guidance, legal assistance, counseling, life coaching, and more. As an honored partner, I have been able to walk alongside these mothers, and the most beautiful thing I recently heard was a mommy sharing that she never really felt unconditional, healthy love until she came to Mommies Matter. With their focus being Pro-Women and Pro-Love, I’d say Mommies Matter is spot on.
